Yeah, not up for that either.
I had great weather overall - mostly overcast but the sun peeked out just in time for our jet skiing and it sprinkled a bit during our dinner cruise but that made for a gorgeous sunset rainbow.
The leaves were just starting to turn so I got a tease of fall colors.
Just landed at O’Hare. That was a turbulent flight but I slept mostly. I have a short layover then off to SFO. With luck, I’ll be home by sunset.
At my gate.
Got my sack of Garrett’s cheese corn. Life is good.

I am no longer saddle sore from jet skiing.
I'll add going from jet skiing to a sitting for hours on a long flight wrecks havoc on one's inner thighs.

At SJC. Got my luggage pulled and searched. The TSA officer was very thorough. He asked what was at the bottom of my pack. Seeing he was Asian, i said ‘mooncakes. It’s that time of year.’ He smiled and let me pass.
Flying SW again because it’s cheap but I should’ve gone with something more expensive as the company is paying for it. Just went with them out of reflex. As always, they are requesting us to check bags because there’s not enough overhead room. There’s never enough overhead room with SW. That should be their slogan. I got my boarding pass the instant it came available (first try was too early, second went through) so I’m A60. Should be fine.
Got up at 5:30 today. My flight lands at 8:50 then it’s another hour plus to Wolfeboro. Over 12 hours of travel time.

The reserved seats have not started yet. Now in Chicago midway grabbing lunch at Gene’s Bistro. I went to check my gate and accidentally checked in who CNN bumped me back to B7. Stupik app.
First time at this airport. Got some sweet potato waffle fries & garretts

I’m only in one terminal but inclined to agree. At least there are plenty of charging outlets everywhere and several Garrett’s stores.
I may have eaten too much popcorn…
I cleaned my phone last night and now it’s covered with Garrett’s cheese grease.
It was worth it.
