RE: Spider-Man: No Way Home - Greg - 12-19-2021

I enjoyed. It had it's problems, but overall I liked it. But I envy the Queen. She loved it. And she loved it because she knew nothing about it. Nothing. Every planned surprise to her was a surprise. Even Doc OcK (he's in the trailer. He's on the poster. Not a spoiler) was a surprise. She just put it down to momentary confusion when she saw him in the trailer. She was a fan well served.

I figured out early who was going to be in the movie. And I go to sights where there are a lot of spoilers so the surprises weren't so surprising. Although, I was surprised by one scene.

At the end of the movie, I felt like I needed to see it again because I missed some stuff. There is a lot of stuff in there.

What about Thor?

Oooooooh. Them's fightin words. I'll riposte with my own four letter word.

Thor

You asked for it. You crossed that line. Don't push me anymore because I'm armed with so many spoilers....

So.

Many.

SPOILERS!!!

Not Thor at all, pretty limber actually.

Tara has a similar reaction. She enjoyed it but saw too many spoilers. She also had the misfortune of sitting next to an old friend who is a stoner aspiring to be a thespian. He overacted every reaction, which knowing him, was surely really annoying. She had a funny comment about how given the end, what was the point of watching the previous films if everyone forgets?

I was amused that there was ultimately a reason to see Let There Be Carnage - not much of reason but there was one...sort of.

RE: Spider-Man: No Way Home - Greg - 12-20-2021

Yep about Carnage. Although, a lot of people did go to see it. It made buckets of money.

RE: Spider-Man: No Way Home - Greg - 12-20-2021

Spiderman made $587 million worldwide over the weekend. I think that means they are going to make more.

RE: Spider-Man: No Way Home - Drunk Monk - 12-20-2021

Talk about buckets of money...

RE: Spider-Man: No Way Home - Greg - 12-27-2021

More Buckets. Spiderman:NWH crossed the billion dollar mark in 12 days, third fastest to that mark.

I dunno, man.

That was so last year…

I couldn't find a plain Spider-Man thread (ha, get it?) Here's Spider-Man 2 redux
