Two weeks until the deadline for registration for Sundance ends. I should get the music this week. I hope to upload the film a week from this Friday. I hope to watch the full thing with music this weekend.

No, this would be positive punishment.
Negative reinforcement affects a behavior by removing something. Positive reinforcement means affecting a behavior by giving something. So positive reinforcement is like giving your dog a treat while negative reinforcement is like turning off a harsh sound. Negative punishment is like stopping feeding your dog. Positive punishment is like whipping your dog.
I taught psychology for a living in grad school. Everyone was confused about this.
This would be positive punishment.
