773: Today is a straight up work day. Hope to get ahead of some things as stuff has been piling up.
I seldom get Wednesday so - usually I’m finishing up at my mom’s in the morning but because she was transferred on Monday, this week is an outlier.

Been up since 4:20 tweaking - had an anxiety attack that left me curled in a ball in bed. I was hoping yesterday would be a free day from my mom but no. I was inundated with random calls and emails all at awkward moments - follow up stuff. My stomach is still churning with adrenaline.
774: 2 meetings and then I got excused from the 3rd so I can take Stacy to a routine medical appt. I’ll take Yuki and we’ll go to a nearby dog park to wait. Then home and back to work. Kung Fu tonight.

Had a hard time waking up this morning. I dreamt I was in a fight with a bear (the animal kind). I shouldn't watch Outer Range episodes before going to bed. Going to watch the finale tonight...

We thought about going to a benefit at the Kuumbwa for one of Stacy's yoga instructors tonight but are bailing because the covid numbers are too high in the Cruz right now.

776: Kung Fu and work. It’s going to be all about work until Memorial Day weekend. Got to get ahead and make that hole so I can take a few days off. Ordinarily this wouldn’t be such an issue but it’s compounded by how much time is getting sucked away by sorting my mom’s stuff.
