Lightning visit. Doing the interview in the morning on my way in from Raymond and then leaving early the next day. Like bee stings, I can only take too much of Lynch Castle. I probably could use a couple epi-pens at this point.

Been a long day
Had a weak Kung Fu session. Could not get my qi to flow. It was like being underwater. Struggled thru my regimen, didn’t make too many mistakes but it was all lifeless. Maybe it’s the change in the weather. Maybe because I’ve not been practicing much, running about all summer. Maybe it’s my new meds. Houston might be rough.
Then Tara came because she needed a break from SF. We had a nice lunch downtown at Good Advice, and then came back to work. I finished my unesco piece. Started my Kfm life but got interrupted too much to get far.
Now I’m at a play written by one of our yoga classmates. One of Tara’s old teachers is in it. It’s ok. Stacy just bailed at intermission because it’s past her bedtime. I’m seeing it thru because I’m curious how it’ll end. Nice to support local theater I suppose. Had a lovely dinner at Chocolate.
At least I ate well today.

Had a decent yoga session this morning, then lunch with Tara at Betty’s. She just left for home after her Cruz fix. Now I’m tucked into work for a bit until some dog parking then a photo shoot for a friend.

Got one telemeeting today, starting soon. Then work. Need to turn in this weekend's two completed articles. Do laundry. Maybe some grocery shopping. Need to vote. Also wrangling some stuff for my mom's medical and my own medical.

Start the day with a good teeth cleaning at the dentist. I'm still on the every three month cleaning schedule because I build up plaque fast. Fun story, they didn't have any appointments in three months because they are that popular. Filling the car with gear for tomorrow's interview. I still got some packing to do.
