No Doubt laser show a De Anza College Planetarium - thatguy - 10-05-2024

My daughter and I were hot and cooped up in the house…we had been talking about the old laser shows (Dark Side of the Moon being particularly good)…so I looked it up to see if they were still doing them and they were, with a No Doubt program this evening.

Having seen an "I See The Light" show way back when, I was expecting this to be a little dated and clunky, but it was pretty good. Pretty amazing what you can do with a cat toy and a computer...it's like a low-end version of a Sphere show. They do a Prince program and they announced their Taylor Swift and Stranger Things programs coming soon.

Apart from musical light shows, they do educational programs about the night sky.

That sounds strangely appealing. I used to love Dark Side of the Moon there. Taylor sounds hysterical.

Kinda glad it's still going.
