OK, DOOM Bros, you gotta help me out here. WTF is up with chicken & waffles? This phood phenom arose after I went veg, so I have no idea what the fuss is about. I mean, they're making a c&w flavored potato chip, right? I still eat waffles. I remember what chicken tasted like (like everything else). Those two flavors don't go together in my head. Whazzup? Does anyone here eat this?

In Los Angeles one of the most popular restaurants is Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. Been around forever. Been there a few times.

there has even been a version of it at my fave German resto: Chicken schnitzel & waffles.
